Matthew Kulka, D.O.

Dr. Kulka has been with the practice since 2003. He joined Dr. Elizabeth Strathie, a well known family practice doctor who cared for Bucks County residents for 60 years. Dr. Kulka completed his undergraduate degree at The George Washington University. He graduated with honors from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999 and served as Chief Resident in Family Medicine through June of 2002. Dr Kulka is board certified in Family Medicine. He currently holds the position of Chairman of the Department of Family Medicine at St. Mary Medical Center, where he is an active staff member. Dr. Kulka lives in Newtown with his wife, Lisa, and their two children.

Patti Anolik, D.O.

Dr. Anolik completed her undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University. She obtained her osteopathic medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Mercy Suburban Hospital where she served as Chief Resident. She is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Anolik and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Mathew Mathew, MD

Dr. Mathew is board certified internal medicine physician with 27 years of experience in primary care and health care administration. After completing medical school in India, Dr. Mathew did his residency in internal medicine at Presbyterian Medical Center, University of Pennsylvania Health System. He is well diverse in providing care to adult patients and understands the psychosocial impact on health. He is an excellent diagnostician, a mentor and a coach. He has a special interest in taking care of elderly patients and their psychosocial needs.

Jane Tantum, CRNP

Jane Tantum, CRNP, joined the practice as a family practice provider in 2004. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982. Jane lives with her husband and two children in Langhorne and is very active in the community.

Kristen Curtis, CRNP

Kristen Curtis joined the practice in 2008. She graduated from Lasalle University in 1999 with a Masters in Nursing and a Post Masters in Family Medicine. Kristen lives with her husband and 4 children in Bucks County.

Sarah Stevens, Practice Manager

Sarah Stevens joined the practice in May of 2013. She attended Drexel University and has 8 years of medical practice experience. Sarah's goal is to provide an office that is comfortable and accommodating to all of the patients, staff and providers.

Svetlana Mamikonyan, CRNP

Svetlana joined the practice in 2016. She has extensive knowledge and experience as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Svetlana graduated with honors from The University of Pennsylvania with both a Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nursing. She lives in Holland with her husband and her dog.
